Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your stress-relief toys from ModusEase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our support team at souravmst1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

• If the return does not meet our requirements, we will notify you of the reason and the item may be sent back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
